Me with my family visited Shri Anandpur Sahib on 06.06.2018.Noticed the following :
1) Langer Service at shri kesgarh Sahib was not up to the mark. As, it seemed like Sevadars distributing the Langer( chapatti , white Channa,black dal and kheer) were not performing the seva( or job allotted to them) properly.They did not ask any single sangat wheather he/she want to eat the particular item or not by asking(dal ji, dal ji,dal ji or sabzi ji,sabzi ji,sabzi ji or parshada ji, parshada ji parshada ji).Instead they were straight away putting the langer into thalls without asking and that too in huge quantities even to children.Half of the langer was laying on the floor.This was the real wastage of food/Langer. Sevadars did not wanted to bend to pour the food into thalls.

We came to darbar sahib last week with my mother in the age of last sixties which was a wonderful experience but we noticed few things which we thought should be changed as firstly,we reached 2:00am seated there in queue gate opened at 2:45am till that time local ladies were jumping over us to reach just by the gate for early entry for darshan.secondly,were pushing so much that my mother was just about to fall.thirdly,anyway we got darshan but on the ground floor there was no place to sit as wall and all the local ladies just occupied all the place so,you should mantain the order as such that all the visitors should get chance to sit peacefully on the ground floor local people who come daily can sit on the other floors too. |

Thanks Sikhtourism and Sardar Parvinder Singh for organizing our family's Sri Hemkund Sahib's Tour. All arrangements were impressive - Hotels were quite good and comfortable, Car Driver was very friendly and helpful, all the information at the various places was readily made available to us.
Hope to come back next year and do the tour of Sri Hazur Sahib with you.

kindly give right information to people regarding hemkunt helicopter service as it is going on with great success i had been to hemkunt sahib just four days ago and me and my brother had gone to gobind dham from gobind ghat by helecopter and they are also planning to a flight from delhi to gaucher and then to gobind ghat by helicopter to make it possible for one day yatra from delhi to hemkunt sahib right now deccan air people are doing this job

Admin - The company providing Helicopter service never responded to our calls/messages so we cant provide actual information. Till last year, another company was offering Helicopter service and we had all information about their service and same was provided to all travellers. Note that Sikhtourism is a private Travel company and we provide information for those who have contracts with us. |
